Google Play Refunds


Hoskins Apps is unable to process ANY monetary refunds for purchases made in any of our Apps. PARENTS: Please visit our Android FAQ page and set up a PIN on your device to prevent unauthorized purchases.You MUST submit your refund request through Google Play. Please follow the steps below to contact Google Support and submit your refund request. You will need your Google Play account login and a phone number where they can reach you.

For IMMEDIATE assistance:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en
2. Sign in with the Google Play account associated with the purchases you want refunded.
3. Click the Google Play icon.
4. Under the heading “Contact Us”, click “Android Apps”.
5. Now click “Contact Us” from the menu that pops up to the right after clicking “Android Apps”.
6. Fill out the form, following the instructions on the page.
          a. Be sure to stay logged into your Google Account for the rest of the process                      
          b. Be sure you give them a phone number that they can call back on (usually they call back very quickly).
7.  Click “Call Me”. You will be called by a Google Support Representative shortly.

For Email Assistance:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en
2. Sign in with the Google Play account associated with the purchases you want refunded.
3. Click the Google Play icon.
4. Under the heading “Contact Us”, Click “Android Apps”.
5. Now click “Contact Us” from the menu that pops up to the right after clicking “Android Apps”.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the “Email Us” banner.
7. Click the link “Contact Google Play about Android Apps”.
8. In the next menu, select the third option, “Refund Request”
          a. NOTE: If you are going to be asking for refunds of multiple purchases, have all order numbers available.
9. Click the small link at the bottom of the page that says, “If you’ve reviewed the information above and are still experiencing an issue please, contact us”.
10. Fill out the form following all instructions given.
          a. NOTE: For multiple orders, please do not use commas to separate. Use the “add additional order numbers” link as instructed.
11. Click Submit. You will be contacted via email.

Please note that the actual refund may take 1-14 business days to clear once you’ve started the process with Google Play either by phone or via email.
